Transparency and Care
As our items are made to order and personalised, we do not accept returns.
If your item arrives damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can raise this with the courier service if needed.
We are unable to offer refunds or compensation for any damage caused by the recipient of the product.
The toy box lids are not designed to be opened fully.
Using force to open the lid further than the designed opening range may result in damage to the hinge mechanism or mounting.
We are unable to offer refunds for any damage caused by forcing the lid open in excess of its designed operating range.
